Capacitação sobre o Plano de Mobilidade Urbana

A Superintendência de Desenvolvimento da Região Metropolitana de Florianópolis (SUDERF), através da Câmara Temática de Mobilidade e com o apoio da Associação dos Municípios da Grande Florianópolis (GRANFPOLIS), realizou na data do dia 17 de novembro, a capacitação sobre a elaboração de Planos de Mobilidade Urbana, como foco na Metodologia Simplificada.

  O evento teve como público os técnicos das prefeituras municipais pertencentes ao núcleo da Região Metropolitana de Florianópolis e sua área de expansão. 

O Plano de Mobilidade é a principal ferramenta para executar e efetivar a Política Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana. Conforme a lei nº 12.587/2012, os municípios acima de 20 mil habitantes, bem como municípios integrantes de regiões metropolitanas, definidos por lei, possuem a obrigatoriedade de elaborá-lo, sendo um pré-requisito para exercer o direito a receber recursos federais para investimento no setor.

A capacitação, ministrada pela servidora Luana S. Montero, foi focada na apresentação de cada item que deve constar na estrutura do Plano de Mobilidade Urbana, conforme definida no artigo 24 da  Lei nº 12.587/ 2012. Foram explicados  os conceitos, os métodos de levantamentos de informações e exemplos de planos já elaborados em outros municípios, de modo a preparar os técnicos para elaborar ou coordenar a elaboração dos estudos nos municípios.
